When the weather gets nasty outside, you should keep riding regardless with the Race Face Conspiracy Jacket. It is a lightweight and abrasion resistant jacket that has 3-ply Nylon and is DWR treated and has a waterproof and breathable membrane. It has fully sealed seams and a single waterproof interior pocket. The hood, cuffs, and waist are elasticated and the screen printed branding is reflective to increase visibility in low-light conditions. The gilled underarms provide extra ventilation so riders don't overheat.
