1 Can I pick up my order at your store?
1.1 Yes.

During the checkout process you can select either of our locations (Vancouver or Squamish) to pick up your order.

Note that the product might not be at your selected location right after you place your order. Make sure to allow a couple days for us to process and transfer your order. You will receive an email when your order is read

2 My order is over $150. Why am I being charged shipping?
2.1 We offer FREE SHIPPING over $150 on everything in our store with a few exceptions.

Bikes, frames and trainers require a separate shipping quote because of their non-standard shipping sizes.

Our Customer Service Team will contact you once your order has been accepted, and they will arrange the most cost effective and convenient shipping method to your address in Canada.

3 I ordered a bike online. How is it packaged and how much assembly is required?
3.1 All our bikes are fully build and tested by our qualified mechanics.

When shipping a bikes, we will need to disassemble a few parts to fit the bike back in its original box. Some assembly is required such as the wheels, handlebars and pedals.

If you are not confident assembling the remaining of the bike, we strongly advise that your bike be assembled by a certified bike mechanic from a reputable bike shop. For warranty purposes, make sure to keep the bike shop receipt as proof of professional assembly.

4 Who do you ship with?
4.1 All orders are shipped primarily via Canada Post.

But sometimes we might use UPS, depending on the parcel's size and destination. They are very reliable and provide tracking.

5 How long will it take to receive my order?
5.1 Depending on the products you purchase shipping is pretty fast. 

Please allow up to 48hr for us to process your order and hand it onto our primary carrier.

Canada Post is typically 1 to 10 days across Canada sometimes faster. UPS is more like 3 to 5 days. If you require express shipping please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to help you out.

6 Can you order an item for me that is out of stock?
6.1 Yes.

We can order just about any product that appears in our online catalogue.

Please send an email to [email protected] to order your product, we will then create an invoice for you and upon payment, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

7 Do you ship internationally?
7.1 Yes.

We offer some of the lowest discounted shipping rates we can get.

Note that shipping quotes may differ for oversized items such as complete bikes, frames and trainers as they are a little more difficult to ship. If ordering a bulky item, please contact us for a more accurate shipping quote.

**Please note international customers are responsible for paying any import taxes or duty associated with their orders.**

8 How does price matching work?
8.1 We match any competitor's advertised price of any in-stock item, including shipping and duty. 

The competitor must have the exact item in stock, and must be willing to ship it to you.

1. Add the product you'd like price matched into your cart

2. In the Notes section, paste the URL of lower priced product

3. Proceed to checkout

4. Once we receive your order any price difference will be refunded back onto your Credit Card or PayPal account

9 What is your warranty policy?
9.1 Conditions under which an item is deemed to be under warranty vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

We honour all warranty claims unless it's normal wear and tear or improper care. Contact Dunbar Cycles at 604.224.2116 or Corsa Cycles at 604.892.3331 so that we can help you in a timely manner.

Prior to calling us make sure you have:

- Your receipt

- A brief description of the claim

- Photos of the item and the defect

**Please note "Return Shipping" on warranty claims is the responsibility of the buyer.**

10 Can I return products purchased online?
10.1 Yes.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. All Bicycles, Chamois shorts, Discounted or Sale Merchandise, electronics are Final Sale. Special orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For return information, please see the Shipping & Returns page.

11 Do I have to book a bike service appointment?
11.1 The short answer is NO.

Come on in anytime. However another answer maybe that it's always a good idea to book a service appointment ahead of time particularly when bike season during Spring and Summer.

12 How do I apply to finance my bike?
